Aftercare facilities for Grade RRR – 6 are available at an annual fee of R11 200.00 to be billed per term (4 payments of R 2 800 payable in advance).

The Board of Governors, in the interest to all learners and parents, encourage you to adhere to the prescribed terms of payment.

Payment Terms:

  1. Monthly fees payable in advance of each month, and to be settled by 31 October 2021.
  2. Grade 12 fees must be settled by 30 June 2021.
  3. Interest will be charged on arrear balances @ prime (currently) 7% + 2%.
  4. Accounts in arrears will be handed over for collection. This implies that the Account Holder may be at risk of his/her name being listed in the Credit Bureau records.
  5. Debit Order Authorisation Forms (contact the office) may be completed for monthly payments on the selected days (15th, 25th,  26th, 27th, 28th & 31st) and handed in at/e-mailed to the Finance Office.
  6. Another payment option: If your Employer allows for monthly salary deduction and payment over to the School, please contact the School Finance Office for assistance.
  7. EFT payments – We urge all parents to use this method as the most convenient and cost-effective form of payment. Payment reference: Family/Account Code.
  8. A SPEEDPOINT facility is available in the Finance Office at the school.
  9. For security reasons no cash school fee payments will be accepted on the school premises.
  10. Due to the significant increased IEB fees, these will be charged to Gr 11 & 12 accounts (i.e. over 16 months) and deemed included in the monthly payment cycle. A detailed letter will be made available to the Gr 11 & 12 parents upon request.
